Requesting a missing course

GolfHandicapp covers a huge number of courses, but now and then a club is missing or listed under a name you would not expect. If you have searched and it is genuinely not there, you can ask us to add it.

Search every way first

Most "missing" courses are really just listed differently. Before you get in touch, try the tips in Finding a course.

  1. Search the town or postcode as well as the club name.
  2. Try a shorter version of the name, dropping words like "Golf Club".
  3. Check for an alternative spelling or an older name.

Nine times out of ten this finds the course. It is worth a minute before you email.

Ask us to add it

If you have tried everything and the course still is not there, email us and we will add it.

  1. When your search finds nothing, the app tells you: if your course is missing, contact us at support@golfhandicapp.com and we will add it.
  2. Send an email to support@golfhandicapp.com.
  3. Tell us the full club name, the town, and the postcode. A link to the club's own website helps too.

That is all we need to track it down and get it into the app.

There is no in app "request a course" button yet. The way to flag a missing course is to email support, using the address above. We add courses by hand from these requests, so the more detail you give us, the quicker it lands.
