Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request deletion of your GolfHandicapp account.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@golfhandicapp.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What gets deleted

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:

Your profile (name, email, photo, handicap data)
All your rounds and score history
Your comments and reactions on other players' rounds
Your course reviews
Your follows and followers
Your profile photo from storage

What may be retained

Anonymised, aggregated statistical data that cannot identify you
Records required for legal or regulatory compliance

Before you delete

Cancel your subscription first — go to your device Settings > Subscriptions to cancel. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions
Your data cannot be recovered after deletion is processed
